We are currently recruiting for a Production Machine Operator to join our well-established client in Dudley.

Details:

  • £13 - £14 per hour
  • 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm rotating
  • Temp to perm

The Role:

  • Keeping machines running at their best with first-line troubleshooting and interventions
  • Carrying out start-up and shutdown checks with precision
  • Monitoring live data and performance to help smash daily production targets
  • Performing routine maintenance and quality checks
  • Spotting and acting on opportunities for process and product improvements
  • Playing a key role in waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
  • Ensuring everything runs smoothly and reporting any issues swiftly
