Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administration and Regulatory Executive for one of our clients based in Birmingham. As an Administration and Regulatory Executive you will be reporting directly to the COO and will be responsible for managing records for the excise warehouse and ensuring compliance. Administration and Regulatory Executive Responsibilities: Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary Providing administrative support to staff and management Answering phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel Generate regular reports on inventory levels, and stock removal Conduct regular stock checks Manage Quality Management System (QMS) ensure the complies with Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and principles Identifies and manages risks associated with the distribution process Administration and Regulatory Executive Details: Salary: £27,000-£30,000 PA Location: Aston, Birmingham Schedule: 08:30am-17:30pm (Monday – Friday) Administration and Regulatory Executive Requirements: Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Flexible approach to tasks and workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritise effectively For more information, hit apply
