Details of a Resource Planning Manager Stafford Monday - Friday 45hrs per week £45'000 per annum Role of a Resource Planning Manager Take centralised ownership of operational scheduling and resource planning across all service lines.
Identify and proactively address downtime, underutilisation and scheduling inefficiencies.
Work proactively to reduce unnecessary overtime, downtime and inefficient travel.
Own technician utilisation performance across the operational workforce and monitoring performance.
Requirements of a Resource Planning Manager Previous experience in operational scheduling, workforce planning or resource planning within a field-based operational environment.
Ability to assess operational workloads, labour requirements and resource allocation across varying job types and customer environments.
Experience producing operational reporting, forecasting and utilisation analysis.
Strong IT capability including Microsoft Office.
