Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for flexible, reliable depot trunking work with excellent pay? We have immediate, ongoing work available in Coventry for professional Class 1 Drivers. This is a full-time or part-time Class 1 Driver position offering consistent, depot-to-depot trunking with no handball whatsoever. You will be completing clean and simple trunking routes between depots within a well-organised logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a Class 1 (CE) vehicle on scheduled trunking routes
- Carry out depot-to-depot runs with no manual handling
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain compliance with WTD, driver hours, and transport regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Valid Class 1 (CE) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months recent commercial Class 1 experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, TT, or CD endorsements)
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
- Willing to complete an induction or assessment if required
- £17.00 per hour competitive rate
- Immediate starts available
