The Role
We’re looking for a dependable Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join a leading drinks logistics company based in Bedford. Working with a Driver's Mate, you’ll deliver alcohol products to pubs, bars and licensed venues across the region. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role ideal for drivers who enjoy physical work, take pride in delivering great service, and operate with safety and professionalism at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and uphold excellent safety standards
- Complete multi-drop deliveries with the support of a Driver's Mate
- Provide friendly, efficient service at each delivery point
- Collect empties, kegs and returns as required
- Follow all transport legislation, H&S guidelines and tachograph rules
- Report any issues with vehicles, routes or deliveries promptly
About You
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence and Driver CPC
- Confident navigating Bedford and surrounding areas
- Strong communicator with a professional attitude
- Multi-drop experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
- Reliable, positive and committed to safe driving
