Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for well-paid, flexible trunking work with a reliable logistics company? We have immediate, ongoing work available in Hinckley for professional Class 1 Drivers. This is a trunking-only Class 1 Driver role with no handball involved, ideal for drivers seeking clean, straightforward depot-to-depot work within a well-organised parcel distribution operation. Flexible shifts and consistent work are available all year round.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a Class 1 (CE) vehicle on scheduled trunking routes
- Complete depot-to-depot runs in a timely and professional manner
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete paperwork accurately
- Maintain compliance with driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with the transport team to ensure smooth operations
- £15.35 – £30.33 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Day, afternoon, and night shifts available
- Overtime and weekend work for additional earnings
- Block bookings available throughout peak periods
- Valid UK Class 1 (CE) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ commercial Class 1 driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, TT, or CD endorsements)
- Willing to complete an induction or driving assessment if required
