Extra Men Limited are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 drivers around the Lichfield area. This job will be to support one of our most trusted clients, which is one of the UK's leading names in DIY & Home improvement products. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established client.
The Role
- You will be responsible for delivering caged goods to their retail stores across the UK.
- All the products are in cages and will need to be pushed to the back of the tail lift and into the store.
- Average shift length: around 11 hours, 23 drops per shift.
- 10 hours minimum pay per shift (including paid break).
- Overtime paid after working for 10.35 hours Monday to Friday.
- Start times typically between 10:00 - 15:00.
- Daily bonus also available; amount varies depending on start time.
- An on-site assessment is required prior to starting, which includes both theory and practical.
- Once completed, and your availability and preferred start window are confirmed, work will be consistent and ongoing.

- Valid Class 1 Licence held and used for over 1 year.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- No DD, DR, DG, CC, CD, MS, or IN endorsements.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

- Must be okay with handball / physical work.
