Extra Men Limited are looking for Class 1 Drivers in the Ashby-De-La-Zouch area for ongoing Monday-Friday work on nights. The start times are usually between 1700-1900.
The work itself is general haulage, deliveries all over the UK, no nights out planned into run. The average shift is around 12 hours, 8 hours minimum guaranteed. Drivers are expected to strap the loads and open/close the curtain as all trucks are curtain siders.
A very short assessment is to be done before admittance to site, takes no longer than an hour and is usually piggy-backed onto the beginning of your first shift.
PLEASE NOTE: This job will not be suitable for applicants who cannot drive with meat or alcohol products.
