Support the Shop Manager in proactively driving sales and profit. Assist in recruiting, managing and motivating a team of dedicated volunteers. Sort and process stock, deal with customers, maintain high visual standards, and run the shop in the manager's absence.

Have previous retail experience as a manager or supervisor. Be a confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers. Be hands-on, lead from the front, and develop creative ideas for generating donations. Exhibit an energetic, enthusiastic personality and belief in teamwork.
