Responsibilities
- Support with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions including paying bills.
- Prepare meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
- Encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans.
- Assist residents with morning routines and personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, undressing, and bedtime; help with medication administration.
- Place resident wellbeing at the heart of the service and keep managers and key agencies informed of progress.

Hours & Contract
Zero Hour Contract. Working hours are flexible; you will not travel between calls as residents live independently in their own apartments within our schemes.

- Paid by the hour: £13.48 per hour, full‑time equivalent £24,601 per annum (based on 35 hours per week).
