As Housing Manager, you will manage the day‑to‑day delivery of housing management services within a designated Extra Care scheme, ensuring properties are safe, well‑maintained, and compliant with regulations. You will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all properties, schedule repairs, and manage contractor relationships, focusing on high standards and value for money.

Qualifications
- Proven housing management experience
- Strong understanding of health & safety and RoSH regulations
- Experience managing and scheduling property maintenance
- Excellent organisational skills, including tenancy management
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4, or willingness to work toward if not held
