The Senior Account Manager will ensure that the needs, expectations, and requirements of our customers are determined and met and ensure that we strive to maintain customer focus. The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for the management of volume, profit, and net revenue for a high-level customer account portfolio across retail, foodservice and food manufacturing.

Ideally the role is office based with travel expected for customer visits, however, hybrid working will be considered.

  • Communicate customer requirements to the management team and relevant departments, chasing for any updates when necessary.
  • Visit current customers for full account reviews.
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly.
  • Monitor our performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Complete forecasting and performance reviews of accounts.
  • Provide support to the Directors and sales team for all strategic sales planning.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and network with current and potential customers.

Previous experience as a Senior National Account Manager within the FMCG environment is required, along with:

  • Experience of managing and developing food service and retail accounts at a national level.
  • Ability to manage and report on sales performance.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet business needs.

40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
