Teams looking for a team guide:

  • Digital - several teams giving development and support for XRUK's Wordpress website, a CRM system holding contact details of potential allies and donors, NextCloud, Only Office and other communication and software platforms.
  • Allies: developing relationships with organisations outside of XRUK with similar objectives and with whom we wish to collaborate, to strengthen our messages and public profile.
  • Actions and campaigns: supporting and equipping rebels everywhere to carry out high profile, non-violent direct actions on the streets.
  • London regional XR group: to coordinate and support local XR groups in London who will in turn support XR's actions in London. Plan how to take XR London forward, maximise impact, develop community and build in resilience and sustainability. This is the only team where you need to be specifically based anywhere, i.e. London.

  • Systems & Culture: developing resources, processes, training and support to help the movement to understand and appreciate our Principles and Values and our digital services.
  • Operations: implementing XRUK's strategy for 2025-6 using our tactical plan towards achieving our 3 demands, which are summarised as: Tell the truth - all institutions must communicate the danger we are in.
