Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Services Pricing & Solutions Program Manager. The PM is responsible for building and governing the commercial framework of our Managed Services business. This role designs scalable pricing models, defines entitlement structures, and drives lifecycle strategies that increase service attach, improve renewal rates, and deliver profitable growth across both direct and channel partnerships. This leader ensures pricing discipline, clarity across the full service lifecycle—from Out-of-Box (OBF) through warranty and post-warranty—and establishes services as a structured, repeatable growth engine within the broader hardware ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years in pricing, solution management, or services P&L roles
- Experience in retail technology, field services, or managed services environments

Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Develop and own pricing frameworks across all managed services offerings
- Build scalable pricing models across: Maintenance, Installation, Professional Services, Managed Services, Depot / Repair
- Reduce quote cycle time through standardized pricing constructs
- Establish margin guardrails, approval thresholds, and exception management processes
- Lifecycle & Entitlement Design
- Define and govern lifecycle inclusion across: Out-of-Box (OBF), Warranty (1-year, 3-year, Advanced Exchange, Depot), Post-warranty service contracts
- Clarify service entitlements, exclusions, and upgrade pathways
- Design lifecycle-based monetization strategies
- Prevent revenue dilution through clearly defined inclusions and scope
- Offer & Portfolio Development
- Lead creation of modular service SKUs
- Define bundled vs. standalone service constructs
- Align services attach strategy with hardware product roadmap
- Develop standardized offers for enterprise and channel partners
- Commercial Performance & Optimization
- Position services as a core growth driver within hardware partnerships
- Prevent margin leakage in partner-led transactions
- Track margin performance by service line
- Identify and resolve structural leakage across scope, renewals, and quoting
