Grounds Maintenance / Project Team Leader - London
External Grounds Maintenance are a professional and highly experienced horticultural business, delivering and maintaining high end landscape projects across London to both commercial and private clients. Due to continued growth, we require an enthusiastic and reliable Team Leader with good communication and organisational skills to join our business.
This role is a mix of ongoing landscape maintenance and ad hoc project works, from planting projects, landscape installations, specialist works etc. This is an ideal opportunity to progress your career further with a company that has great ambitions and is passionate about the services we deliver.
Ideally you will have experience in the horticultural industry with landscape knowledge and experience with a variety of landscape equipment. Work will be based across London and the surrounding home counties.
We are looking for someone with ambition, attention to detail and a passion for horticulture and landscaping. Good personal organisation, ability to work in a team and prioritise workloads is very important.
- Good experience in Horticulture / Landscape (Essential)
- Full Clean UK Driving License (Desirable)
Pay: Up to £30,000 - £32,000, annual salary
Hours: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday work may be required)
Position: Full-Time
