About the service:
To assist Belfast Neighborhood renewal areas by improving the quality of lives of individuals within these communities by promoting wellbeing, independence and healthy life choices. This post involves one-to-one intervention and support, raising awareness, developing and delivering training and educational programmes on health and well-being issues including poor mental health, self-harm and substance use to communities across Belfast.
