Salary: Grade 5 scale: £26,679-£31,325 per annum

Hours: 40 standard working hours (flexibility required)

Contract Status: Fixed Term for 1 year (August 2026 - August 2027)

Location: Hydepark House, 3 McKinney Road, Newtownabbey BT36 4PE

About the service: The Project Co-ordinator will lead delivery of Extern’s Employers as Mentors project, funded by Homewards. This is a pilot project aimed at supporting employers to set up employee mentor roles within the workplace to support Care-experienced young people taking on job opportunities. The project will include delivering one-day in-person training for employee mentors and providing a 20-week support package with fortnightly check-ins with each mentor, alongside internal monitoring, learning, and end-of-pilot feedback with employers. The post will work across up to 10 participating businesses.
