About the service: The Over to YOUth project is part of SEUPB’s Youth Programme under Theme 3.2 “Empowering & Investing in Our Young People.” This is a cross-border initiative designed to support disadvantaged & marginalized youth aged 14-24 years across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland. Our aim is to engage 750 individuals in the project. The project will involve recruiting cohorts of young people who will engage in capacity building 6-month interventions with intensive weekly engagement across 3-4 days a week, providing opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to share the same space and learn from each other as an effective way to eliminate prejudice and promote mutual respect.
As the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer you will ideally have knowledge of primary and secondary research tools and techniques and experience of data analysis, report writing and communications. You will be required to work positively and constructively and contribute to a team ethos and work with EXTERN’s code of conduct and ensure supervision of Over to YOUth key working staff and to assist the team in the gathering of data and evidence the impacts of all aspects of the Over to YOUth project.
