Exterior Property Care (EPC) is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced and highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team.
This isn't simply a canvassing position.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, take ownership of their territory and earnings, and ultimately progress into Sales Management and leadership positions as EPC expands.
You'll represent EPC directly within residential areas across London, Essex and surrounding areas, introducing homeowners to our professional exterior property-care services.
Our services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning and other exterior property-care services.
The Earnings & Progression
Your starting basic salary will be:
£36,000 per annum
You'll also earn uncapped commission, meaning there is no ceiling on what you can earn through sales performance.
In addition, EPC operates a performance-based salary progression programme.
Hit your agreed targets for each three-month performance period and your basic salary increases by 10%.
For illustration, sustained qualifying increases would take a £36,000 starting salary approximately through:
£36,000 ? £39,600 ? £43,560 ? £47,916 ? £52,708 ? £57,979 ? £63,777 ? £70,154 ? £77,169 ? £84,886 ? £93,375 ? £100,000 cap
The basic salary is capped at £100,000 per annum.
Commission is not capped.
That means exceptional performers can continue increasing their total earnings even after reaching the maximum basic salary.
