Warehouse Operative Driver

Our client, a successful distributor in the North East, is looking for a Warehouse Operative Driver to join their team full-time on a permanent basis. Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year (depending on experience) Location: Newton Aycliffe Culture and Company This well-established business has been running a site in Newcastle for years. About the Warehouse Operator Driver role As a Warehouse Operative Driver, you will handle stock and deliveries while maintaining a well-organised and efficient warehouse. Your tasks will include: * Managing stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. * Keeping the warehouse clean and organised. * Using equipment safely to move goods. * Working with the team to meet targets and improve operations. * Driving the company van for deliveries when needed. About the Warehouse Operator Driver We’re looking for someone with experience working in a similar role in a warehouse setting. You’ll need: * Reliability and efficiency. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Great teamwork and communication skills. * A commitment to health and safety rules. * Ideally, delivery driving experience. * A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
