We are working with a well-established, growing engineering consultancy looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join their Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or experienced Structural Engineer, as well as more senior or chartered professionals, to play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering projects within a collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll act as a Project Engineer, delivering structural design solutions across residential, commercial and industrial developments. As a Structural Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute technically, and support junior staff depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run small to medium-sized projects
  • Prepare and review structural design calculations
  • Produce and check drawings, specifications and technical details
  • Carry out structural surveys and site inspections
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Attend meetings and contribute to design development
