The Role

We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components
  • Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns)
  • Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Work to production targets and deadlines

  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Timber/wood experience (advantageous)
