Production Operatives – Day Shift at Tri-Wall, Jarrow. £12.81 per hour | 39 hours per week | Approx ~9-Month Project

About Tri-Wall: Tri-Wall is a global leader in heavy-duty packaging, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. With a new 9-month customer project launching, this is a great time to join a growing and forward-thinking team.

The Role: We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components
  • Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns)
  • Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Work to production targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Timber/wood experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Confidence using tools (training provided)
