Komatsu UK is seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Sales Co-ordinator to join its Sales Administration team as part of its Graduate Development Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within a global manufacturing business, developing commercial, operational and analytical skills while supporting sales administration, reporting, customer service and process improvement activities.
Working alongside experienced colleagues across multiple business functions, the Graduate Sales Co-ordinator will play an active role in supporting the European dealer and distributor network while gaining valuable exposure to sales operations, business systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
- Support day-to-day sales administration activities, ensuring information is accurate, timely and effectively communicated.
- Assist with sales orders, pricing administration, shipment coordination and customer enquiries.
- Produce, maintain and validate reports using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Provide administrative support to distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of reporting tools, dashboards and automated processes.
- Assist with digitalisation and continuous improvement projects across the business.
