They are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join them and provide hands-on leadership to a small warehouse team to support the manufacturing and installation plans.

The Role
The Warehouse Manager role will lead the Warehouse Team to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on improved performance through teamwork and problem solving.
- Measure and manage team performance ensuring the manufacturing plan is 100% supported
- Ensure all despatches to site are made on-time and promptly
- Maintain a schedule of cycle counting and routine stock checks
- Optimise the use of storage space on an ongoing basis through racking reconfiguration, use of outdoor storage and the management of returned goods
- Promote and develop a strong safety culture, lead a culture of continuous improvement and promote the application of 5s
About You
You will have proven experience in a Lead Warehouse role in a Manufacturing business. You will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to implement CI and LEAN principles.
- Ability to implement and effect change to improve performance.
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques.
