This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of ICT operations and play a key role in delivering reliable and secure technology services across the organisation.

The Role – Senior IT Technician

As a Senior ICT Technician, you will:

Lead and provide advanced technical support across the business.

Manage daily ICT operations, including hardware, software, and communications systems.

Work with on-prem architectures and the Microsoft 365 Cloud.

Take responsibility for operational services including backups, endpoint protection, and system health checks.

Drive ICT projects and ensure compliance with information security standards.

About You

Strong technical skills, specifically Microsoft 365 environment.

Knowledge should include SharePoint, End Point Protection, Cloud Applications, Mobile Device Management, Information Security Management and Networking Principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
