Our client is a successful manufacturing company based in the North East, supplying to the major FMCG brands and big 4 supermarket chains. There is currently an opportunity for a Facilities and Environment Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will have responsibility for the following:

  • Organising and controlling the site facilities
  • Co-ordination and management of soft facilities and maintenance, contracted cleaning services and pest control
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers within the budget
  • Ensure RAMS are approved prior to commencement of any work
  • Compliance with BRC
