Komatsu UK is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join its Sales Administration team.
This is a key position within the business, providing vital support across sales administration, order management, pricing, shipment coordination, reporting and distributor support.
The Sales Co-ordinator plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department while supporting excellent customer service across the European dealer and distributor network.
Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, the Sales Co-ordinator will help maintain data accuracy, support business reporting requirements and contribute to ongoing digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales administration activities, ensuring information is accurate, timely and effectively communicated.
- Manage sales orders, pricing, shipment coordination and customer requests.
- Produce, maintain and validate reports using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Provide support to distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of reporting tools, dashboards and automated processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Business Support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach with an interest in process improvement and digitalisation.
