You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver efficient, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead process improvement and automation initiatives * Develop and implement technical solutions for manufacturing challenges * Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements * Utilise ERP systems for planning and reporting * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope About You You’ll have a strong engineering background and experience in high-end manufacturing environments such as pharma, electronics, or cleanroom operations. Knowledge of automation systems and ERP platforms is essential, and GMP experience is highly desirable.
