We are working with a well-established, growing engineering consultancy looking to appoint a talented Structural BIM Technician to join their team. The Role
As a Structural BIM Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing and coordinating structural drawings and models, supporting engineers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This hands-on role suits a Structural BIM Technician who enjoys technical detailing, BIM workflows, and involvement from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage high-quality structural drawings and BIM models
- Develop detailed construction packages alongside engineers and architects
- Coordinate design information and resolve detailing conflicts
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and wider design teams
- Attend meetings and support technical coordination
- Carry out site visits and assist with construction queries
