The Role – Senior ICT Technician
As a Senior ICT Technician, you will:
- Lead and provide advanced technical support across the business.
- Manage daily ICT operations, including hardware, software, and communications systems.
- Work with on-prem architectures and the Microsoft 365 Cloud.
- Take responsibility for operational services including backups, endpoint protection, and system health checks.
- Drive ICT projects and ensure compliance with information security standards.
About You
- Strong technical skills, specifically Microsoft 365 environment.
- Knowledge should include SharePoint, End Point Protection, Cloud Applications, Mobile Device Management, Information Security Management and Networking Principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
