We are working with a well-established international organisation with a strong presence in the Northeast, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial 3-month contract.

The Role
- Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core management accounting activities, including:
- Production of monthly management accounts with commentary
- Variance analysis and performance reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders
- Balance sheet reconciliations and ledger reviews
- Supporting continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
About You
- We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can hit the ground running:
- Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience
- Strong experience in management accounting within a commercial environment
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI (highly desirable)
- Exposure to ERP systems (experience with niche/less common systems beneficial)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
