The Role – Finance Assistant
Reporting into the finance controller, the Finance Assistant will play a key part in supporting core transactional finance activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales ledger and invoicing process
- Credit control, aged debt follow-up and customer queries
- Supporting weekly and monthly finance reporting
- Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
This role works closely with other finance team members and provides essential operational support.
About You
To succeed as a Finance Assistant, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas and lookups)
- Confidence communicating with internal teams and customers
