The Quality Manager Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, strengthening process control, and embedding a "right first time" culture. You will work cross‑functionally with operations, engineering and supply chain to reduce variation, eliminate waste and improve overall production capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement activities using data‑driven methodologies
- Manage non‑conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
