We’re working with a leading manufacturer seeking a Regulatory Specialist to strengthen their compliance and quality function.

The Regulatory Specialist Role

As the Regulatory Specialist, you will lead the submission, maintenance and renewal of product registrations under EU BPR, GB BPR and other relevant EMEA frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building IUCLID dossiers, preparing SPCs and coordinating submissions via R4BP.
  • Managing Poison Centre Notifications and ensuring compliance with CLP and other applicable chemical regulations.
  • Supporting cross‑functional teams with regulatory input for SDS creation, labelling updates and change controls.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and communicating potential impacts internally.
  • Liaising with suppliers, laboratories, consultants and competent authorities to facilitate regulatory progress.

What You’ll Bring as Regulatory Specialist

  • Strong experience with IUCLID and R4BP.
  • Ideally some understanding of EU/GB BPR, CLP and related chemical legislation or related experience.
  • Excellent scientific communication skills and the ability to operate collaboratively across departments.
