We’re a well-established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice based in London with 14+ years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. From creative high-end residential to new-build developments, we take pride in blending innovative design with technical precision.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician with UK-based job-running experience to join our growing team. You’ll be key to the successful delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4–7. We need the candidate to work on a high-end residential as well as a church renovation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings using Revit or AutoCAD
  • Assist in developing tender packs, specifications, and construction documentation
  • Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and quality standards
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and coordinate with contractors
  • Collaborate with architects and internal teams through every construction phase
  • Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent (RIBA/CIAT accredited preferred)
  • Experience delivering projects at construction stage in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD

Skills

  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction practices
  • Clear communicator with excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Confident in producing technical construction drawings
  • Good on-site coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
