Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician with UK-based job-running experience to join our growing team. You’ll be key to the successful delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4–7. We need the candidate to work on a high-end residential as well as a church renovation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using Revit or AutoCAD
- Assist in developing tender packs, specifications, and construction documentation
- Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and quality standards
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and coordinate with contractors
- Collaborate with architects and internal teams through every construction phase
- Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent (RIBA/CIAT accredited preferred)
- Experience delivering projects at construction stage in the UK
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD
Skills
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction practices
- Clear communicator with excellent English (written and spoken)
- Confident in producing technical construction drawings
- Good on-site coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
