The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious Architectural Technician or RIBA/ARB-registered Architect looking to take the next step in your career? We’re expanding our team and seeking a skilled professional with hands-on UK project experience to play a key role in driving projects through RIBA Stages 4 to 7. You’ll be working on exciting, high-end residential and commercial projects, as well as a unique listed church renovation, gaining exposure to diverse, complex challenges that will sharpen your technical and design skills.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and develop detailed, high-quality technical drawings using Revit or AutoCAD
- Lead production of construction documentation, tender packs, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets UK Building Regulations and our rigorous quality standards
- Attend site visits and client meetings, coordinating smoothly with contractors and consultants
- Collaborate closely with our talented architects and internal teams throughout the construction process
- Help drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent (RIBA/CIAT accredited)
- Proven UK experience delivering projects through construction stages
- Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD
Skills and Attributes
- Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and contemporary construction techniques
- Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Skilled at producing precise, coordinated technical construction drawings
- Taking full responsibility for Construction Design and Management (CDM) compliance to ensure health, safety, and coordination are rigorously maintained on site.
