The Role
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working across RIBA Stages 3–5, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to lead projects confidently from design development through to delivery. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design) through to Stage 5 (Construction).
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee site inspections, progress, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
