We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design and construction outcomes, and we're looking for a driven Architectural Technician, with UK job-running experience to join our team. About the Role: You will be responsible for developing early-stage design concepts and feasibility studies, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of UK planning policies and a strong ability to manage early project strategy and design development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 0–3
- Develop high-quality design proposals and documentation using Revit
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Participate in planning submissions and early-stage regulatory processes
- Maintain a high standard of design, professionalism, and delivery
- ARB-registered, with substantial experience in UK architecture practices
- Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM experience essential)
- Excellent design and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience with client liaison and coordination
- A collaborative team player with clear and professional communication skills
- Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures
