CTTM was established in 1986 as a caring and supportive residential social care provider offering support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. The organisation has continued to thrive and now employs over 350 people across our residential and supported living services in South Birmingham and Warwickshire. We currently have exciting opportunities at our residential home in Kings Norton, South Birmingham.
As a Support Worker you will:
- Ensure that the individuals we support lead fulfilling and valued lives and are encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Encourage and support the individuals to access the community and take part in social activities and to enjoy their hobbies.
- Assist with daily living skills and personal care, ensuring the individuals' safety and wellbeing at all times.
Working days: an average of 42 hours per week on a permanent contract. Your shifts are on a rota basis, so you will know in advance to plan your time accordingly and will include long days and weekends.
