The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

IT company dealing with Microsoft, HP, VMware and Cisco. Due to increased headcount, we now need a 1st Line Support person to deal with emailed support queries, phone enquiries, logging calls on the ticketing system, helping with quotes etc and working with talented 2nd and 3rd line support people from whom you will be able to learn and develop.

You must have several months of IT support/helpdesk experience, perhaps as an IT apprentice. You should have a passion for a career in IT, a knack for technology, gadgets, hardware, networking, security, but most importantly, a can-do and positive attitude.

You need to be able to solve problems quickly and logically with a firm grasp of the basics of hardware, software, Windows with exposure to MacOS, iOS and Android.

Bonus, training, Perkbox and pension available.
