Providing full support, lead & influence alongside the Customer Success Manager in relation to the new Customer Success initiatives across the business.

Having 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success or customer service/customer facing roles would be a plus. Similarly, having experience working with platforms and/or a VOIP Service Provider/Telco environment would be desirable.
