Exsellerating is a London-based e-commerce agency specialising in growing brand equity for DTC businesses across Amazon and Shopify. We partner with sellers in the UK, US, EU and beyond, supporting brands at every stage of their journey, from launch and domestic growth through to cross-border expansion and market consolidation. Our end-to-end service spans Amazon Launch, Operational Excellence, Shopify Launch & Optimisation, DTC Brand Growth, Media Buying & Creative, and Cross Border Expansion, underpinned by a partnership network covering 13+ countries across 4 continents. As an Amazon Verified Partner, we are a trusted growth partner for brands worldwide.
This is a full-time hybrid Brand Manager role based in London, sitting at the heart of client delivery across both Amazon and Shopify. You will own a portfolio of DTC brands, taking responsibility for their growth across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels, and acting as the day-to-day strategic lead on each account.
Working alongside our specialist and partner teams, you will translate the Exsellerating service offering into measurable outcomes for clients, whether that is launching a new Amazon catalogue, rebuilding a Shopify storefront for conversion, scaling paid media, or planning an international rollout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing tailored brand growth strategies across Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central) and Shopify
- Owning Amazon performance: listing optimisation, SEO, PPC campaign management, pricing strategy, inventory and account health
- Driving Shopify and DTC performance: store and product page optimisation, CRO, email/SMS lifecycle, retention, and customer acquisition
- Coordinating media buying and creative delivery through our partner network (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Supporting cross-border expansion and Amazon Vendor-to-Seller migrations for clients ready to scale internationally
- Conducting market, category and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunity
- Monitoring account performance, producing reporting that demonstrates impact, and presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients
- Acting as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery against commercial objectives
The role is primarily office-based in London with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing brands across Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) and Shopify, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and paid social/search platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Proven track record in listing optimisation, catalogue management, and Amazon SEO
- Familiarity with Shopify store management, CRO principles, and DTC retention tools (Klaviyo or similar)
- Confidence with analytics and reporting tools, and the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROAS, ACoS, CAC and other core e-commerce metrics
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning accounts end-to-end in a hybrid setup
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Experience with cross-border/international e-commerce is a strong advantage
