This is a full-time hybrid Brand Manager role based in London, sitting at the heart of client delivery across both Amazon and Shopify. You will own a portfolio of DTC brands, taking responsibility for their growth across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels, and acting as the day-to-day strategic lead on each account.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing tailored brand growth strategies across Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central) and Shopify.
- Owning Amazon performance: listing optimisation, SEO, PPC campaign management, pricing strategy, inventory and account health.
- Driving Shopify and DTC performance: store and product page optimisation, CRO, email/SMS lifecycle, retention, and customer acquisition.
- Coordinating media buying and creative delivery through our partner network (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Supporting cross-border expansion and Amazon Vendor-to-Seller migrations for clients ready to scale internationally.
- Conducting market, category and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunity.
- Monitoring account performance, producing reporting that demonstrates impact, and presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients.
- Acting as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery against commercial objectives.
The role is primarily office-based in London with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing brands across Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) and Shopify, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and paid social/search platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Proven track record in listing optimisation, catalogue management, and Amazon SEO.
- Familiarity with Shopify store management, CRO principles, and DTC retention tools (Klaviyo or similar).
- Confidence with analytics and reporting tools, and the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROAS, ACoS, CAC and other core e-commerce metrics.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning accounts end-to-end in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience with cross-border/international e-commerce is a strong advantage.
