The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in legal recruitment or executive search who is ready to step into a high-value, high-impact role. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and developing deep, long-term relationships with law firm partners, in-house legal leaders, and C-level executives
  • Managing high-level search mandates from brief to close, often retained or exclusive
  • Collaborating with an experienced team of researchers, consultants, and leadership
  • Leveraging your legal market knowledge to advise clients and influence key hiring decisions
  • Contributing to the growth of the team and mentoring junior consultants, if desired

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in legal recruitment, executive search, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success billing £300k+ annually
  • Gravitas, polish, and confidence to work with senior stakeholders at top firms
  • Strong market knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire it
