We work exclusively at the top end of the legal market, placing senior legal talent with elite law firms and global businesses. Our average fee is around £50,000 , but our scope goes well beyond — recent mandates have ranged from £100,000 to £1,000,000 , with one standout fee hitting £2,000,000 .

This is not a volume-based business. We are high-trust, relationship-led, and focused on quality, discretion, and results. Our founder still bills £1,000,000+ annually while actively scaling the company. You’ll be joining a team that performs at the highest level — with infrastructure, training, and leadership to match.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in legal recruitment or executive search who is ready to step into a high-value, high-impact role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing deep, long-term relationships with law firm partners, in-house legal leaders, and C-level executives
• Managing high-level search mandates from brief to close, often retained or exclusive
• Collaborating with an experienced team of researchers, consultants, and leadership
• Leveraging your legal market knowledge to advise clients and influence key hiring decisions
• Contributing to the growth of the team and mentoring junior consultants, if desired

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in legal recruitment, executive search, or professional services
• Demonstrated success billing £300k+ annually
• Gravitas, polish, and confidence to work with senior stakeholders at top firms
• Strong market knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire it
• Ambition to work on high-fee, high-impact roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to push boundaries
