The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in legal recruitment or executive search who is ready to step into a high-value, high-impact role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing deep, long-term relationships with law firm partners, in-house legal leaders, and C-level executives
- Managing high-level search mandates from brief to close, often retained or exclusive
- Collaborating with an experienced team of researchers, consultants, and leadership
- Leveraging your legal market knowledge to advise clients and influence key hiring decisions
- Contributing to the growth of the team and mentoring junior consultants, if desired
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in legal recruitment, executive search, or professional services
- Demonstrated success billing £300k+ annually
- Gravitas, polish, and confidence to work with senior stakeholders at top firms
- Strong market knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire it
