Expro is currently recruiting for a Service Quality Specialist to join the Subsea team based in Aberdeen.

Overall Purpose of the Job

We are currently recruiting a Service Quality Specialist to join the Subsea Projects team based in Aberdeen.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

  • Perform supplier site visits to verify manufacturing processes align with Expro’s Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, Group Quality Codes, technical standards, and contract delivery dates.
  • Generate supplier surveillance reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to enhance product quality and delivery.
  • Perform 3rd party supplied asset documentation reviews to ensure requirements detailed within the Purchase Order have been fulfilled.
  • Plan and execute audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Projects team to ensure quality events are raised and actions are implemented to address any supplier nonconformities.
  • Assist Supply Chain by providing input in supplier process reviews and improvements.
  • Develop visibility tools to monitor the performance of high-risk/critical suppliers and conduct trend analysis on key performance metrics related to supplier performance.
  • Support Projects team in the creation and implementation of supplier Quality Plans.
  • Participate in continual improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of quality management standards ISO 9001:2015 & API Q1 & Q2.
  • Proven experience in a Supplier Quality Management role.
  • Experience as a lead quality auditor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.
