Expro is currently recruiting for a Service Quality Specialist to join the Subsea team based in Aberdeen.
Overall Purpose of the Job
We are currently recruiting a Service Quality Specialist to join the Subsea Projects team based in Aberdeen.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Perform supplier site visits to verify manufacturing processes align with Expro’s Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, Group Quality Codes, technical standards, and contract delivery dates.
- Generate supplier surveillance reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to enhance product quality and delivery.
- Perform 3rd party supplied asset documentation reviews to ensure requirements detailed within the Purchase Order have been fulfilled.
- Plan and execute audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Work with Supply Chain and Projects team to ensure quality events are raised and actions are implemented to address any supplier nonconformities.
- Assist Supply Chain by providing input in supplier process reviews and improvements.
- Develop visibility tools to monitor the performance of high-risk/critical suppliers and conduct trend analysis on key performance metrics related to supplier performance.
- Support Projects team in the creation and implementation of supplier Quality Plans.
- Participate in continual improvement and lessons learned initiatives.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of quality management standards ISO 9001:2015 & API Q1 & Q2.
- Proven experience in a Supplier Quality Management role.
- Experience as a lead quality auditor.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.
