Expro is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Supervisor to join the subsea team based in Aberdeen.
Overall Purpose of the Job
Coordinate and support various project activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Facilitate the free flow of information between departments and external parties to provide expert technical assistance, achieve departmental efficiencies, and optimize project profitability.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Coordinate project team activities to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget, complying with policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects according to established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
- Provide project updates to Senior Management as required.
- Oversee project support activities.
- Resolve disputes and problems related to project planning and delivery.
- Develop cost-effective solutions, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with clients to confirm requirements and ensure acceptance.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement of departmental processes to enhance efficiencies.
- Supervise project personnel directly or indirectly.
- Liaise with team members and internal/external parties to ensure effective communication, task completion, and adherence to plans and budgets.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, providing leadership in ethical issues and ensuring compliance and reporting of violations.
- Ensure compliance with Quality policies, procedures, and systems; participate in quality improvement initiatives and address deficiencies.
- Maintain adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies; promote safety responsibility, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related environment.
- APM Project Management qualification or a desire to achieve it within the role.
