Overall Purpose of the Job: The primary interface in area of responsibility for the creation of Master Data within the companies Rental Asset Tracking systems (SAPRAT) and the CAPEX process in SAP.

Key Activities And Accountabilities:

  • Act as the owner of the Expro Equipment catalogue.
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of the Expro Equipment number structure/hierarchy and set up new Equipment Masters within SAPRAT.
  • Set up financial aspects of all AFE’s - reviewing AFE requests, AFE setup, AFE structure, WBS elements, internal order numbers, settlement rules and financial assets.
  • Support the Administration of the AFE portal system with setting budgets and creating CAPEX orders in SAP.
  • Cross check SAP equipment utilisation against revenue generated and follow up with regions to update SAP if equipment statuses aren’t correct.
  • Process approved EDF’s in SAPRAT and advise the respective Region Finance department in a timely manner.
  • Use of the Lascom PDM system to look up equipment design information.
  • Support the Administration of the AMT portal sites and systems.
  • Administer the creation of new Asset Records in DocuCert.
  • Ensure there is full compliance with all appropriate Expro policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure all queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns.

Job Knowledge And Qualifications:

  • Previous working knowledge of asset related functionality within SAP and DocuCert.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of product line equipment is preferred.
