Overall Purpose of the Job: The role of the Workshop Administrator is to assist in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and validity of maintenance and certification systems.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

  • Create certification packs for moblist.
  • Contact OEG for inspector to attend workshop to update baskets when required.
  • Updating/closing out Kabal system with loadout info i.e. serial numbers, cert packs, CST’s & Dangerous goods.
  • Creating and uploading Cargo Summary Tickets.
  • Creating Framework and purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Keeping work cycle up to date on SAP / follow-up delivery tickets that have not been received for purchase requisitions.
  • Clearing Framework PO’s on SAP.
  • Charging back any of the workshop time spent in the workshop on international jobs, via the SAP system.
  • Update 3rd party suppliers of all equipment dates for loading out and returning.
  • Keeping 3rd party spreadsheet up to date of all the loadouts and return dates.
  • Signing any required certs off that NDT inspectors have done.
  • Uploading of new certs from NDT inspectors onto the ETM system.
  • Upload cat2’s.
  • Upload and close out shop orders.
  • Check over moblist for final checks, before sending through for Delivery ticket.
  • Arrange dates for inspectors to attend (mostly in supervisors absence).
  • Walk inspectors through the cert pack for any queries (mostly in supervisors absence).
  • Show inspectors around the loadout equipment with one of the workshop guys assistance (mostly in supervisors absence).
  • Contact 3rd party for equipment required (mostly in supervisors absence).

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in using SAP is mandatory for this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & Teams).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
