Overall Purpose of the Job
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of our Tubular Running Services (TRS) product line. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations by coordinating personnel, equipment, and technical resources in line with client and operational requirements.
Key Activities And Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain positive client relationships ensuring clear, continuous communication and support throughout the life cycle of all work scopes.
- Ensure understanding of client requirements and provide technical guidance advising on equipment and/or operational constraints, proposing practical alternatives where appropriate.
- Plan and coordinate operational requirements, including preparation of schematics, proposals, programs, mobilisation of personnel and equipment within agreed deadlines.
- Collate and maintain accurate operational and cost data to support timely invoicing.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring expenditure remains within approved budgets / PO values and escalate issues where necessary.
- Effectively plan, record and communicate future demand for resources including personnel, equipment and 3rd party services.
- Participate in a 24/7 on call rota to support operational and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and increase market share and profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with all internal stakeholders including field teams, support departments, and management.

- Previous technical experience within an Oil & Gas operational environment.
- Experience in client‑facing operational roles.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Flexible and dependable, with willingness to support 24/7 operations.

- Wellsite or field‑based operational experience.
- Practical, solution‑focused approach to problem solving.
